Authorization plans for the municipality

Before starting work to construct, transform, renovate or demolish a building, the person concerned must be in possession of a building permit (also called building permit), at the risk of being ordered to stop Works.

This authorization request must include information on the owner, on the exact location of the land and must also describe the work envisaged, as well as detailed plans.
